Student placements

Studying for an Early Years Qualification or thinking about it? We offer spaces those for looking for a setting to complete their student placements.

We welcome fresh talent into the sector and are committed to giving those starting their early years career a helping hand. Throughout the year, we provide a limited number of work experience and student placements where learners receive hands-on experience and mentoring by experienced Educators.

In return, we expect our students to:

• Remember that they are role models to the children and to behave accordingly.
• Be prepared to participate in the daily routine.
• Follow instructions when they are given.
• Have a commitment and passion for working with young children.
• Show an open mind and a willingness to learn.
• Have regular attendance and good timekeeping.
• Show mutual respect and confidentiality.
