Please Note:
- Fees should be made 72 hours in advance via online bank transfer.
- If an interpreter is required, the cost will need to be met by the parent/Local Authority paying for the contact services.
Cancellation fees:
- If more than 48 hours ‘ notice is given – Fees are non-refundable but may be transferred onto a new booking.
- If less than 48 hours ‘ notice is given – Fees are non-refundable, and the full cost of the booked contact session will still be charged.
The referrer is responsible for informing the contact centre that they no longer require the service. Failure to notify us will result in payment in full. You will still be charged for unattended sessions.
*Trips, events, and outings we have attended with a family during the contact session with an associated costs.
