All fee-paying children are subject to a one-off registration fee of £75 (Non-Refundable)

*Meals – All Meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Fruits and Tea) paid on the day will be subject to an additional £1 service charge for each item.

Additional Information:

Consumables:

• Our Daily Meal package includes breakfast, lunch, tea, and two daily Fruits.
• Consumables are optional extras and are subject to availability.

Standard Rates and Custom Sessions:

• Minimum booking applies when creating fully customised sessions.
• Additional hours are booked in one-hour increments and cannot be pro-rated.
• Additional hours are subject to availability and must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
• Saturdays are subject to availability, must be booked as additional days and cannot be booked as standalone sessions.

Price Brackets:

• Our price brackets are based on their room or ability.
• Our baby room, Caterpillars, is divided into Wrigglers (our non-mobile and crawling babies) and Walkers (our mobile, walking babies).

Daily/ Ad-Hoc Sessions:

• Additional days are subject to availability and must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
• Saturdays are subject to availability, must be booked as additional days and cannot be booked as standalone sessions.

Free Early Education Entitlement:

• The Free 15 Hours are available for all children who turn three before the term starts and for
• eligible 2-year-olds.
• The Free 30 Hours are available for eligible 3–4-year-olds.
• The Free Early Education Entitlement funding entitles you to only the set number of childcare hours. It does not cover
• the cost of extras, including, but not limited to, additional hours, nappies, wipes, and lunches.

Universal Ratio:

• 0 years – 2 years old = 1:3 (one member of staff to three babies)
• 2 years – 3 years old = 1:5 (one member of staff to five children)
• 3 years - 5 years old = 1:8 (one member of staff to eight children)

Guarantee Ratio:

• 1:1 (one member of staff to one child/baby)
• 1:2 (one member of staff to two children/ babies)
• 1:3 (one member of staff to three children/babies)
